EXPERIENCE

Sapori Italiani,
Sapori di Parma

We are the land with the largest number of typical products protected by quality brands

...a unique opportunity for
discover our culinary traditions

In the world ranking of the best regional foods

Coffee and croissant on the loggia

Charcuterie boards, cheese tastings in the garden. Poolside aperitifs. And dinners at select local restaurants. It's our way of freeing guests from traditional hotel dining, offering them the opportunity to discover the flavors of Parma, partly at Pandos but mostly outside.

Eden - Lounge corner

We started with an idea: the beach kiosk, a go-to spot on hot summer days for an aperitif, a salad, or gelato. But it's all served with a twist: along with the classic "summer staples," at the Eden kiosk you can try the best local produce: from Parma ham to Culaccia dei Rossi, to Parmigiano Reggiano in its various ages. All washed down with a glass of wine or, why not, a classic Spritz?

Dinner at local restaurants

We felt it was not only ethically correct, but also our duty, given our location in the Food Valley, to offer our guests an experiential journey, especially in terms of food. For this reason, we embraced the "scattered restaurant" model, selecting a few traditional restaurants not far from the hotel, between Salsomaggiore and Fidenza, where our guests can dine with special discounts. Alternatively, we will recommend what we believe to be unmissable local spots.

Parma - City of Gastronomy

Parma is a unique place in the world, not only from a historical and artistic perspective, but also from a gastronomic perspective. Visiting this area is therefore a unique opportunity to discover its culinary secrets and traditions. Food museums, food tours, cooking classes, guided tours of dairies, cured meat factories, and wineries: these are just some of the countless activities not to be missed.

Pandos - The Shop

Such an experiential journey deserves to be shared. For this reason, we've created a space, Pandos - "La Bottega," where you can purchase essential products of Parma's food and wine culture, making them a gift for yourself or others.
